Happy Thanksgiving

Jono and I thoroughly enjoyed our very long Thanksgiving break weekend. It started Wednesday and we had a weekend full of sports, family and friends. On Thanksgiving day we went to my parents and enjoyed a very large turkey lunch. Afterwards we took some family pictures at FloJo Park. Then we watched State of Play while the boys played video games upstairs and after we played games.

This weekend we played in the Gardner Tennis Tournament and we lost bad, but we had a lot of fun! We saw The Blind Side with Jono's parents that night and after we went out to Chili's for dinner. Saturday we went over with my family to the Castleton's and had a BBQ while we watched the BYU football game. Go Cougs! We were happy they won!

And now to wrap up our relaxing weekend we are watching Transformers II. I still have some homework to do but I am trying hard not to think about it. Next week is my last week of school and I am very happy to be finishing this quarter, even though it has gone by very fast!

We miss play time with Emerson and Powell. They went back to Texas with their mom to rejoin their father. Missing the hugs, kisses, laughter, games, and the love. Here's a collage of the play time we had together with Jaxson.

I bit it.

I just had registration for classes and the first registration period only let us add up to 13 units. The most I could sign up for was 10 because of a 2 unit class I have to take.

The second registration period allowed us to have up to 16 units. Since I technically need 12 units to be a "full-time student" I was searching for any and all classes I could take.

There was only 1 class out of all the GE and Business classes I could take that was open and fit into my schedule out of the 13 classes I have left to take. Here's what it is:

Plants and Civilization
Description: A critical review of science, technology and environment as related to plant domestication and current world food and fiber production. Societal implications associated with the biological and technical innovations in world cropping systems will be discussed. Course fulfills GE Synthesis B5.

Wow. I bit the bullet hard so I keep my M/W school schedule and not have to go Friday. This one's gonna be a doozy...

And I'm pretty sure I'll only be a 14 unit student this quarter. There are no more open classes. Thank you budget cuts.
